Our Role
Our role was to provide our construction health and safety expertise to support the client where they weren’t able to, namely.
- Contractor Accreditation – The provision of support, to achieve accreditation for schemes i.e. CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline etc.
- Contractor Accreditation and Monitoring – The provision of support to achieve accreditation for schemes; CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline etc. The provision of advise, competent person(s) and the undertaking of site monitoring to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Construction Site Inspection – The provision of site inspection(s) to monitor health and safety performance, including a written report of matters of non-compliance, areas of concern, good/bad practice.
- CDM Services – The provision of CDM Adviser services supporting the ‘Client’ on their projects.
- Contractor Management Review – An initial review of the management of contractors undertaking work for the client, including: assessment of health and safety competence, safe systems of work, method statements, etc. The initial implementation of ‘Contractor Control Procedures’ whilst work is being undertaken at/on client’s premises.
