Supporting the client to deliver demolition works, foundations, flooring and machinery installation to high specifications in a live aviation manufacturing environment

Project

Demolition, design and construction of high specification foundations and flooring to facilitate the new machinery-installation works. To act as the client appointed Principal Designer to support the facilities-building and construction project team on the delivery of FY24/25 programme.

Requirements

  • Client-side compliance
  • Review Design & Design Risk Register
  • Review Principal Contractor’s Construction Phase Plan
  • CDM Advisory for Client and Duty-holders
  • Support the Client in the review and compilation of the pre-construction information
  • Conduct site CDM compliance audits during the construction phase of the works;
