Leading a minor works programme to deliver sustainability HVAC systems to tight timescales

Project

Development and programme management of a £1m+ minor works programme for HVAC renewals and future Sustainability HVAC programme at Stansted Airport. The role was to act as a Stansted Airport client-side Project Manager to support asset management team on requirement development and delivery of FY24/25 HVAC works across airport. Set up governance structure to manage future pipeline and change for HVAC minor works programme.
