Supporting B200 Rate ++ programme to deliver high specification foundations and flooring to tight timescales

Project

Demolition, design and construction of high specification foundations and flooring to facilitate the new Jig Installation works. The role was to act as the client appointed Principal Designer to support the Facilities Building and Construction project team on the delivery of FY24/25 programme in line with the overall B200 Rate ++ programme.

Requirements

  • Client-side compliance
  • Review Design & Design Risk Register
  • Review Principal Contractor’s Construction Phase Plan
  • CDM Advisory for Client and Duty-holders
  • Support the Client in the review and compilation of the pre-construction information
  • Conduct site CDM compliance audits during the construction phase of the works;
