Our approach to project management is safety first – driven by Salus Services’ origins. The team is client focussed and understands the complexities of delivering construction works in live operational environments to ensure business continuity.
We work in tandem with facilities project managers to deliver, report and manage change across the capital portfolio. We do this by supporting at the front-end of project delivery, to understand the buildability of the works’ requirements to reduce costs. We pre-empt change and construction issues with thorough Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependency (RAID) processes, ensuring risks can be mitigated and internal governance processes can be adhered to.
